Cooking custard with condensed milk:

Step 1: Prepare the base.

Combine milk and flour in a saucepan, then add sugar there. Shuffle again. Now we need to weld the base for the cream. To do this, put the pan on a slow fire and, stirring all the time, bring the mixture to the point where it begins to thicken. Already at this stage, you can use a mixer so that no lumps form. Once our base is thick enough, remove it from the heat and leave to cool.

Step 2: Knead the cream.

After the cream has cooled, add condensed milk and butter to it. The base should cool to about room temperature before you start adding the rest of the ingredients. It is important that the oil does not melt, but softens when added to the cream, otherwise a completely different texture and taste will turn out. Mix everything with a mixer at the lowest possible power. There should be no lumps in the finished cream.

Step 3: Serve the cream.

Ready-made custard with condensed milk is a universal addition to desserts. It should be served in small saucers or decorate ready-made dishes. It is also suitable for adding to cakes.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- If you use boiled condensed milk, the cream will turn out to be just as tasty, and maybe even tastier.

- To make the dessert even sweeter, add some vanilla sugar to it.

- In order to make the consistency thicker, you can add one egg at the beginning.
