Pizza with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients for making pizza with mushrooms and chicken.

A tablespoon, a teaspoon, a kitchen scale, a stove, a stewpan, a deep bowl, a kitchen towel, a fine mesh sieve, an oven, non-stick baking sheet, baking or parchment paper, a rolling pin, a frying pan, a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula, a kitchen knife - 2-3 pieces, cutting board - 2-3 pieces, kitchen potholders, a large flat dish, a portion plate.

Making pizza with mushrooms and chicken:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

As you know, in Italy they make different pizza dough, but they never bother with it for long, we will do the same. First, pour the required amount of purified water into a small stewpan, put it on medium heat and heat to 36-38 degrees Celsius, that is, to become warm, but not hot. As soon as the liquid reaches the desired temperature, pour it into a deep bowl, add there a teaspoon of sugar and salt, as well as dry granular yeast. Shake these products lightly until smooth, then add refined vegetable oil to them and start sifting wheat flour, preferably of the highest grade, through a sieve with a fine mesh.

We act gradually, adding it in small portions, while kneading with clean hands a fairly dense, non-sticky and elastic dough. When the semi-finished flour product is ready, roll it into a bowl, send it to the bowl again, cover it with a kitchen towel, put it in a warm place, preferably near the included stove, and leave it alone 30-40, and preferably 60 minutes.

Step 2: prepare the chicken.

Meanwhile, rinse under a stream of cold running water with fresh chicken breast. Then we dry it with paper kitchen towels, put it on a cutting board and use a sharp kitchen knife to get rid of the film, cartilage, and also excess fat. After that, we cut the bird meat into small slices of arbitrary size, 2 to 3 centimeters thickOf course, you can immediately grind the chicken in small portions that are necessary in size, but after double heat treatment it will become too dry.

Step 3: fry the chicken.

Then we put a small frying pan on medium heat and pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into it. After a few minutes, dip the chopped breast into the preheated fat, crush it to taste with salt, oregano, paprika and allspice. Fry the meat from all sides until almost ready, about 10-12 minutes. Do not forget to periodically stir the slices with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula so that they are covered with a golden crust from all sides evenly. As soon as the chicken is browned, put it on a plate and completely cool near the ajar window.

Step 4: prepare the cheese.

We don’t lose even a minute, we save two types of cheese from packaging: mozzarella and simple hard cheese of any kind. Then we grind them in the most convenient way, on a grater, in a combine, in a stationary blender, all options are quick in their own way, but for some reason tastier when these products are simply cut into small slices.

Step 5: prepare the mushrooms.

Now we arm ourselves with a clean knife and cut off the root of each fungus. Then we thoroughly rinse the champignons, dry them with paper kitchen towels, throw them off on a new board, shred them with layers or quarters with a thickness of 5 to 6 millimeters and return to the meat.

Step 6: prepare the fried chicken.

The chicken has cooled, move it to the board and chop it with another knife in small pieces of 1.5-2 centimeters in size. After that we turn on the oven for heating at 200 degrees celsius, cover the tabletop with a sheet of baking paper, put the rest of the necessary ingredients on the work surface and move on.

Step 7: form the pizza with mushrooms and chicken.

While doing the filling, the dough rose. Lightly crush it and move it to the middle of the baking sheet, previously crushed with a thin layer of flour. Using a rolling pin, we roll out the semi-finished flour product into a round, oval, rectangular or square layer 1 cm thick and drag it with paper onto a non-stick baking sheet.

Then, using a tablespoon, grease the surface of the dough with ketchup, season with thick cream, distribute the chicken slices on top, sprinkle it with chopped mushrooms, and crushed cheese is crowned with all this yummy. If desired, season the half-cooked dish with two or three more pinches of spices, which are indicated in the recipe, and proceed to the next, almost final step.

Step 8: bake pizza with mushrooms and chicken.

We check the oven and, if it has warmed up to the desired temperature, put pizza on the average rack. Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until the edge of the dough is slightly browned. As soon as the semi-finished flour product turns golden on the edges, and the cheese melts and becomes a delicate crust, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, move the baking tray to the cutting board, previously laid on the countertop, and let the charming dish cool slightly. After that we transfer the pastries to a large flat dish or tray, divide into portions and serve to the table.

Step 9: serve pizza with mushrooms and chicken.

Pizza with mushrooms and chicken is served hot or warm on a large flat dish, a tray or immediately in portions on plates. By itself, it is quite satisfying, but as a complement to this culinary masterpiece, you can offer sauces based on tomatoes, cream, sour cream or mayonnaise, as well as a light salad of fresh vegetables, french fries and, of course, some kind of drink to taste. - Very often, the filling is supplemented with chopped straw, sweet salad pepper, onions, olives, canned corn, pineapple and many other goodies, which, of course, do not put all at once, but use one or two options;

- the set of spices indicated in the recipe is not considered essential, if desired, you can take any other spices, as well as dried herbs that are used during the preparation of fresh flour products;

- an alternative to granulated yeast - fresh pressed, cream - sour cream or mayonnaise, vegetable oil - melted butter, champignon mushrooms - any fresh edible mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese - any creamy or goat cheese, such as feta cheese.
