Salmon nuggets with vegetables

Ingredients for making salmon nuggets with vegetables

Cooking salmon nuggets with vegetables:

Step 1: Prepare the onion.

To start, prepare the onion. It must be peeled, washed thoroughly under running water, dried and cut into small cubes.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions in it. You need to fry until the vegetable changes color, then remove everything from the heat and put pieces of onion on disposable paper towels so that they absorb all the excess fat. Wait for the vegetable to cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Prepare Zucchini

Rinse zucchini properly under warm running water. For the best effect, also use a soft brush or sponge to accurately remove all dirt from the peel of the vegetable. Then zucchini should be chopped using a medium grater, a grater for chopping vegetables or an ordinary food processor.

Step 3: Prepare the salmon filet.

Wash and dry the salmon fillet with disposable paper towels. Just in case, check if there are any bone residues in it and, if your filet is on the skin, then it needs to be cleaned of it. Cut the salmon prepared in the same way into small, but not large, cubes.

Step 4: Cook the mass for the nuggets.

Beat a couple of eggs in a bowl, then add the wheat flour and mix very carefully. Add flour is better in small portions of 1/2 - 1 tablespoon. Then add herbs, salt and other spices, beat the mass again. And only at the end mix everything with zucchini and salmon. The result should be a fairly homogeneous mass, reminiscent of sour cream in density.

Step 5: Fry the salmon nuggets with vegetables.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and spread the previously prepared mass for the nuggets with a tablespoon. Fry everything until golden brown on both sides. At the same time, it is important to control the temperature so that salmon nuggets with vegetables do not burn and have time to fry inside.

Step 6: Serve the salmon nuggets with vegetables.

Place the prepared salmon nuggets on disposable paper towels, laying on each pair of lemon slices. The towels will absorb excess fat, and the lemon will add a peculiar taste to the finished dish.
Serve salmon nuggets with hot vegetables, serving them with lemon slices and any sauce prepared on the basis of Dijon mustard.
