Ingredients for making fruit rolls

Step 2: cook rice.

Step 4: prepare fruit rolls.


Lay a nori leaf on a bamboo mat. Put rice on top and spread it over the entire area of ​​the algae in an even layer. Then put fruit strips on one side, and from this side roll the roll, gently lifting it with a bamboo mat and helping yourself with your hands. Press the finished roll with your hands and let it lie down for a few minutes, seam down, you can wrap the rest for now.
After cut off the edges of the roll, and then divide it with a knife into pieces about a thickness 1.5-2 centimeters.
