Cooking Avocado and Shrimp Salad:

Step 1: prepare the shrimp.

Using a knife, peel the garlic from the husks and rinse slightly under running water. Using a garlic squeezer, chop the garlic directly into a free bowl.

Step 3: prepare the greens.

We wash the parsley with dill under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Finely chop the greens with a knife and transfer it to a bowl of garlic.

Step 4: prepare salad dressing.

Pour lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl with chopped garlic and herbs, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly. Everything, refueling is ready!

Step 5: prepare lettuce leaves.

Thoroughly wash lettuce leaves under running water and spread them on kitchen paper towels. For a while, we leave the greens aside so that excess liquid is left from the glass. After that, put the leaves on a chopping board and chop coarsely with a knife. Pieces of the component are transferred to a free bowl. Attention: lettuce leaves can also be torn with clean hands.

Step 6: prepare the avocado.

We wash the avocado under running water and put it on a cutting board. Important: since the flesh of this fruit is quite tender and soft, like fondant, it is necessary to clean the avocado very carefully. So, we cut it into two halves, making circular movements with a knife around the bone. Separate one part from the other with clean hands and take out the bone, prying it with sharp improvised equipment.

After that, using a tablespoon, carefully remove the flesh of the avocado from the peel and put it on a cutting board. We cut the component into cubes and transfer it into a container with salad leaves.

Step 7: prepare the cherry tomatoes.

We wash the tomatoes under running water and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, grind the component into small pieces and transfer to a bowl with other ingredients. Attention: depending on the size of the vegetable, you can cut it into halves, quarters and other pieces.

Step 8: Cooking Avocado and Shrimp Salad.

In a bowl with chopped ingredients, spread the peeled shrimp. Pour the dressing here and gently mix everything with a tablespoon. Ready salad "Avocado and shrimp" is transferred to a salad bowl and can be served at the dining table.
